Unfair teams: Make yourself T1.
People not stacking in stack games: kick those who do not agree to stacking.
Parasite joiners: make room IO and 3 or 5 players, changing name is good too.
Ragequitters: no cure; sorry guys :(
Team-killers: again no real cure :(
Boredom in a DM: strike a conversation about argumentive subjects, like Football.
Sucky weps: no cure :(

Cmon. Get some badges; 99% percent of your players want it! I even have some ideas:
Rookie- easy: reached level 10
Got your sea legs- easy/medium (either would work): reach level 20
Veteran- medium: reach level 30
Seasoned Driver- medium: reach level 40
General- hard: reach level 50
total points: 70/80
This is officially my fav flashgame. Love everything about it. The brave people (like I've said), the weapons, the tanks, the maps, the challenge, the joy of a perfect shot w/ sniper from across the map, the list just goes on and on.
