So... any hints for someone who maxed out before seeing the "too slow" achievement? I've tried getting slowed down by the bushes, but it still slows too fast...
I wish I could reread all the things that were said at the bottom again... I kinda missed the whole "revelation" moment where everything clicked together because I was kinda busy running... Oh, well. Great game despite the fact that I have no idea what just happened. :) 5/5
Just a tip for people trying to beat the bosses who are like you (the white guys who have your same abilities): if you have a weapon lower than the yellow level 3 gun and shoot at the yellow laser doors, it will damage every boss enemy in the room. It only takes a few shots.
Excellent game. Cleaned up nicely, great upgrade system, love the weapons, and the gameplay is awesome. A couple things I would change would be: modes- maybe a health mode (where you can die), earthquake-less mode, or aiming mode (where you get a line to aim instead of the bar). Over all, great game! Love it. 5/5
I hate it when you have a great connection with so many others but they slowly drift away and you're the only one who doesn't move on... And then, of course, you try to follow with and keep that connection and it blows up in your face. Good symbolism on many accounts, and an excellent display both with the art and the music. (That harmony is beautiful!). Love it! (Ba-dum pssh.) 5/5
Good game, though gaining money does seem to be a problem once there are only bugs left (no cash spots) since the money used to kill bugs and restore health often negates the money earned from doing so. Also, the award system seems to be a bit flawed as I lost all the awards I had previously and started those over, though it wouldn't give me the old awards. (I now have "You've rescued all roster characters" but not "You've completed your first roster character".) But overall, it was fun. 4/5
That was kinda fun. Very similar to the Impossible Quiz, but still a fun game. I kinda wish the trophies unlocked stuff like in Button Hunt, though. That would be cool.
By the way, I think you might have spelled "Darude" wrong. Said "Darule". Or maybe it is spelled that way. Or maybe it's a different band. Or maybe I just have no idea what I'm talking about.
Absolutely EPIC. Like radio, but I get to listen to each song however I want. And get to watch the videos. And it's a game?!? You made something incredible here. Maybe make it so that the dial doesn't take as long, but really its pretty darn incredible. 5/5. And I don't give those often. I WAY underestimated this game before I played it...
*Sigh* Another somewhat depressing game. The music was depressing. The artwork was depressing. Even the color schemes were depressing. It kinda reminded me of games like "Babies Dream of Dead Worlds". That kind of thing. Plus, the ending was kinda sad as it took like half my time to realize it had already started. (Don't see why the last level is the only one you can't redo when you die.) But it was a nice, well-made game. Good work. 4/5.
Seems like a simple tunnel game, but where's the battle? It's somewhat fun for a while, but it goes so slow and has such a limited track that it gets boring pretty quickly. Giving it a 3/5 only because the bee is kinda cute.
After playing for a while, I think I'm gonna stop trying to get a big combo, as I usually die when I go over those letters... :P Though I did survive sometimes, and then got murdered on the "AWESOME COMBO!" ones. Overall, it's a fairly addicting game, though I don't think I'm gonna keep playing after I get the badge. Too frusterating and no definite goal in sight. That's why I think there ought to be achievements and/or upgrades - increases play factor many-fold with a goal as well as the possibility of more badges. So I'm gonna give it a 3.5/5 as it's fun, but a bit too pointless for me. (And for the record, fastest death was 20 points. Wasn't paying attention. (Or at least that's my excuse...))
Don't think I'm quite ready to review the game, but I was wondering why on earth I can train hundreds of citizens at a time to become farmers, or miners, or any of those other jobs yet I can't train anyone to become a permanant builder. I mean, building something isn't that much harder than mining or farming, if it is harder at all. Because the lack of builders is making this a bit more difficult than it needs to be.
Has anyone actually pressed the replay button? My goodness. Reminds me of Don't Shoot the Puppy back in the day. Loved that game too. I'm gonna give this a 4/5 cuz it seemed a bit short. Maybe take that into consideration if you end up making a sequel or something.
This was a nice little ditty. Fun, short, and makes you want to keep playing until you do the best you can do. (Mine personally was a Pegasus score of 2656, but I don't mean to brag.) Anyway, good replay value, though that last hole is tough. Never did get a hole in one on it. (Got a 2 though, so I'm good with that.) 4/5 because it is so short, but there's really nothing that can be done about that as a longer game would probably have been too difficult and not as fun. Good job!
