Why do people think Level 5 is hard? I thought it was one of the easiest. Clear out the upper rooms, then push down into the bottom bit, where it can't even overflow and kill you. Took me 30 minutes of game time.
This game would be better if enemies didn't occasionally become unkillable. On the plus side, this hedgehog isn't interested in attacking me either, so I can just use it to farm ghosts, having gotten a 1000-hit chain.
It's incredibly frustrating to actively try to miss the incredibly squishy big bad so you can kill enough minions to get the required number of coins. Surely there's a way you could do this that would prevent that. Timed levels, perhaps?
Is the Bloon X-ing Badge for the road track and the tap track (which the individual checkmarks are for), or the road track and the lollypop track (which are the first two tracks)?
Wait, never mind, they also changed how store items work. You have to up them manually. Augh so much is different, including the last stage??? What the heck.
Oh my god, I beat this game before there were badges, and then they made it SO MUCH HARDER. Why doesn't the initial launch take you very far at all any more? It's not really even that it's harder, it's just grindier. Not worth beating it again for the badge, even though I already beat it once. (They also changed the achievement structure so that they only way I could have proven I beat it was taken away from me.)
So... just hide in the fort when monsters come and repair your balloon when they're gone. No need to shoot monsters at all aside from the badge, once you've bought a fort.
Badges aren't working, and the mouse thing really needs to be fixed. At least make it so that you just stop moving when the mouse loses focus, instead of flinging you across the screen.
