Does the merge and boost tutorial cube replace the cracked pendant drop now? I've noticed I'm not getting any pendants anymore, but that could just be luck (and my cluttered inventory). Also, should I care about the tutorial cube? Does getting it to level 100 matter?

There was a bug, .344 fixes it. The tutorial cube was just a bonus thing I added to help newbies understand what merging and boosting can do to items.
