Still no idea why we can't delete our original hero, even though we make them with almost no knowledge of the game and having literally been told not to put to much effort into their costume design, and I don't know how common it is but I accepted the costume without even noticing I had to change the name on that screen. At the very least the ability to remove and add new powersets and change the name and costume would be welcome.
The daily bonus claimed I got a Rocket. Imagine my annoyance when said card was nowhere to be found when I tried to add it to one of my many ally-less decks because allies cost 6000 vp or money. Maybe you guys could put out an ally only pack similar the power starter packs, if it was nothing but allies I wouldn't even mind spending 5000 or more vps for a pack.
Here's a way to grind gems for the terminally lazy, but patient. Start a battle with the squid and do something else. the game will skip your turn every 20 seconds, so you'll eventually die and get 800 gems. Just come back every few minutes to start a new battle.
Found a glitch, the animation for countering does not play when fighting Goord, and his health is not changed. However, when I countered an attack that would have killed him I still won.
I just pulled off the greatest thing ever in this game. Got a big bang with defense, giving me 100% mitigation, then used the singularity to break all of the counter squares, giving me over 400% damage reflect, in the process tipping my rage mater over the limit, and fully recharging my health and energy. Then the poor AI decided it wanted to use its rage attack, sorry big guy, but you do nothing, and I hit you for over 600 and win.
also, @thesurviver I imagine the weakness to grenades from being in a trench is because the game assumes the grenade falls into the trench. Explosives in enclosed spaces have rather devastating (read: hilarious) effects, just look up the chunky salsa rule from shadowrun or tvtropes.
I had a 100 exp Sarge slaughtering Nazis left and right, with a 50 EXP Officer using a bayonette. Then came a V1 blitz.
Seriously?
No game has ever made me feel quite as bad as when I was treated to a flaming Sarge running around in circles...
