I do not know what time you "fixed" the slot problems, but I stopped counting the villages at around 250 slots, yet, I only have 208, and there are more villages I did not count. It is not fixed.
Very frustrating, why is it when I even manually click save before shutting my window, every time I come back to the game, almost all of my numbers are at 0? Wood? Gone ... catnip, gone, minerals... only thing that doesn't seem to vanish is science. Why are they resetting?!
A lot of people ask this question. I will try to do my best to explain it, once and for all.
Firefox and Safari use the single data storage for an entire domain. It means that for large sites like Kongregate ALL games store data in the same place. The size of this place is limited.
For FF there is a way to increase this limit (it is explained in the game description btw: about:config -> dom.storage.default_quota)
Safari should increase this limit automatically, but certain versions don't.
Finally, there is no such problem for Chrome.

Now, Kongregate provide some alternative API to store game data, but I will have to change the way saves work and test it. This will take some time.
Why does the game stop when you switch windows? The point of an idle game is to be able to leave it running. When the focus is on another tab, should keep running.
I find it really amazing how many programmers fail to do this... PLEASE take the focus off the main page and put it onto the game so that the mouse wheel doesn't scroll the kong page as well as the game menus... thank you!
Agree with a few others - it is fun for a while then quickly becomes very boring - at the point now where I can't beat maps that have any value and the world map is too advanced for me, so I could basically let the game sit for days on end, build a few more houses for more imps so I can add a few more jobs - yawn... sorry, not enough to keep me entertained over the long run. A few suggestions: Trading of resources - I always have a ton of food and not nearly enough wood, or I have a ton of metal from the maps but not enough to use for upgrades when I could use it as wood and get somewhere. Even if it's maybe only a 1:3 ratio for trades, it would still be helpful.
Secondly, as someone else also mentioned, the game does not scale properly. For some reason, I'm trying to get level 8 of cooperation and it's telling me I need to expand my territory more? How can I when I can't even afford to buy any houses unless I let the game sit for a very extended period of time?
So, the ryo I spent to get to 38K vitality has been made absolutely pointless now. I was to the point where I could make it through 1 - 3 just by pressing autoplay and 4 by purchasing 150 of the first vitality upgrade... now, with that high of vitality, I can't even pass level 2. Just totally ruined the game for me... thanks. Won't be playing anymore.
There should be a way to sell unwanted buildings - I found out the hard way when trying to grow my military that if I have a max population of 800, I have to keep my normal population above 400 just to get some soldiers hired... the problem is, your current balancing of food cost / population is horrid... at 400, one person is something like 57 billion food, and even with 100+ mills, I'm only earning in the millions / sec still, so to get 57 billion to get a person takes forever. You really really aught to change how insanely high it starts to cost for a population gain at 400 + population.
The red text on black background (For cost of upgrade/purchase when you do not have enough) is nearly impossible to read, needs to be changed, please... Also, how is it that we're supposed to even come close to gaining a single population increase when we're in the mid 500's? My next purchase will cost me 27.61 trillion food, when I only earn 49 million food / s? That will take ages to reach, and even spending everything I earn non stop on mills doesn't help that much, I get a few more million f/s but 27 trillion for one person?? Way out of whack at these numbers.
One serious issue I have with this game is the % indicator on the energy upgrades. For example, if I buy 1000 lepids, it says I will get 50% more energy. If I purchase another 1000, thinking I am going to get 100%, instead I get 72%, another 10,000 of them and I am still only in the 80's or 90 %'s ... it is misleading.
left the game on accidentally for like 5 hours, come back to 300K+ and had all upgrades maxed (other than incomes) ... all maps purchased, no more point in playing. Game is far too short to keep me coming back, but hey, for a one time play, was fun.
You could always reset - you keep your plinkagon upgrades and your level completion bonus. I'll be changing that to a "prestige" button so people are more likely to try it. Thanks for playing, and stay tuned for updates <3
One suggestion: When you set your buy multiplier (I.e. Buy 1, buy 10, buy 100) the BUY button itself should not be highlighted as available until you can buy the amount that the multiplier costs... So if I am on 10x, I shouldn't be able to click buy until I can afford the full 10x. Saves from having to double check if I'm buying 1 or 2 or 3, or all 10...
Solid? Well done? Complete waste of time more like. Gold goes into the negative almost immediately, horrible lack of instructions and button descriptions except on the very beginning screen, graphics are terrible. Sorry, spent 3 minutes playing and have enjoyed the trolling in the chat much more than the game.
First 3 minutes playing and all I can think is that this is a rip-off of AdCap, right down to the silly manager names and all ... wish people would come up with something original instead of just making a clone and adding/changing a few things.
Stalin killed way more than 20 millions if I recall correctly, yet I don't see how am I celebrating him. Why is he in this game? Because he is one of the major protagonists of communist history in russia whether you like him or not and believe me I do not, neither do I approve of his actions, after all who would. Then what about my description of him? He was a powerful man and a very cunning one at that, or is it because he was a dictator that he couldn't be intelligent? Furthermore I've stuck strictly to history when describing the characters and I don't feel as I praised them excessively other than describing in a very simplicistic way their role in history. Please tell me where have I celebrated him or any other criminal act and I will remove it from this game. Thanks for your comment.
