To leave the city, become friendly (you can see it in the factions menu) with either the Shadow Runners or the Alliance. Get the quest from inside the city, get to about level 7 and head into the cave in the northeast. Beat the boss, get the stone, and give it back to the guy in the city. Then you have total access off the bridge.
The comments about movement is getting kind of annoying. If you are stuck going west lets say, you can't move because you are going to side the whole time. West is to the left side. If you press either the A or left arrow key (same button in the same direction you are going) you should stop that and be under control again. Now please...KEEP THIS FREAKIN' POST ALIVE
Alright first the code for the middle locker is 1977. And to get the blind ambition badge you got to get the Green Vial from Milos, pull out your gun, but don't shoot, get the Vial then kill him with your gun. Get the Green Vial to the trader which is located in the box next to the room of “The Worm”. Where the hole is after you use the hose. Give it to the trader inside. He will arm it. Once you get the Green Vial added with explosive, kill the trader to obtain the briefcase. Now about the worm. You can’t use gun to kill him, so, open your inventory, click the Green Vial with Bomb, and click “The Worm”. He will kaboom. Go back to the bathroom in the laboratory, the robot kills you. Mission Failed. Keep this bumped so other people will know.
