Opening the valves past the teens (if that) doesn't seem to make a difference. I have one open almost to 600 and the other two around 300 but that mostly seems like a waste of money. Launchers and blades and the thing will go forever. Up to 35million and it's still going, for no other reason than to see if there is an endpoint. Would be cool to have a bigger playing field and more weapons.
Kind of easy, and the physics leave much to be desired. Bridges shouldn't stand up when I blow up all of their supports, and people shouldn't be able to run across gaping holes between the bridge and the land mass. Also, if I knock a bridge structure off the right side of the screen that should count as being "destroyed" even though it didn't fall into the river. Good start though, would like to see the realism upped a bit and many more bridges.
Perfect except for level 33, which I suspect requires some kind of luck to hit just the right spot to not lose the ball. Other than that, it was kind of easy. Wouldn't necessarily call it a puzzle - it's always clear how to solve the puzzle, the challenge is just timing and such.
Remember when we used to play games cause they were hard and took some effort, and we made comments to thank the author or provide feedback, not just to bitch about the new comments system? Yeah, the good 'ole days. I like this one, it's tough but fun. Almost finished with it, medaling on some levels, not so much on others. It takes time to learn the controls but they're not that bad. 4/5.
Very cool. Finished all the main levels/gems and killed the dragon, just need to figure out the bonus levels. Took me forever to figure out what to do with the thief. Very clever. Definitely looking forward to a sequel or user levels or whatever. 5/5.
Way too short, no time to really do anything. Levels don't have much to them. Could make it into one long level or something and get some rhythm going.
You don't need drones for the bowl, the most important piece is your early defense. Build connectors straight up to the edge of and then along the trench, then put some blasters and mortars in place to keep the creeper goo in the trench. A couple sam sites is a good idea too. That gives you all the time in the world to build up connectors and reactors and speed boosters in the valley. Then just cross the trench to the one dry spot and you can slowly but surely work through it.
