Tons of bugs, tons of lag, amazingly bad engrish and a mediocre rating. Good thing a game with this many flaws would never get badges. Oh wait, it has kred transactions. *Badged*
Was this game even playtested at all? I find it impossible to believe that someone could try out the wall jumping parts and think "Hey, this seems all right to me." There are sections later in the game that require multiple wall jumps that are nearly impossible to do with how poorly wall jumping works. It's just a matter of doing the same thing over and over until the game finally decides not to screw you over. Not fun at all. Why on earth did this get badges?
The poison cure potion should also make you immune to poison for a short time. It's basically worthless as it is now, as you can be poisoned again within seconds after using it. And you will be poisoned a lot, considering 4 out the first 6 enemy types you meet have the ability to poison you with their normal attack and they’re all aggressive as well.
It’s disappointing to see this sequel didn't improve on any of the faults of the first one. The fundamental flaw with this game is that because you don't know what the 100 objects are, most the game is spamming random combos and waiting for the hint button to renew.----------------- Sure, most of the combinations for objects make sense after you make it, but unless you knew the object was in the game, you'd have no reason to try to make it in the first place. You have no way of knowing something like "Hydra" is in the game but things like "Gargoyle” are not.-------------------- If you knew what the objects were in advance, then the game would become more about trying logical combinations instead of trying to read the developers mind and guess what objects are in the game.
After defeating the first boss, two more bosses show up and start shooting the letters under you. Do NOT use the slow powerup while they are doing this. They will disappear and the game will become unwinnable. Wait until they start circling you and firing pellets.
Fun game, the only annoying thing is it resets your save when you beat the game. There is a secret rabbit costume you can get from an optional level in Bubba's room. I think it opens up after you unlock the final level. (The one where you have to get all the gears again.)
For being made in 48 hours it's pretty good, but most of the frustration is not from the slippery factor but somewhat unreliable controls, with wall-jumping quirks standing out the most.
I made it to level 14 before quitting seeing as that level is just constant wall-jumping off breakable ice.
This game is absolutely terrible. First off, you can't reset your skills in Scenario mode, which can make it literally unwinnable if you have the wrong upgrades when the absorbing tanks start showing up. Second, the game is way, way too luck based. You have to stop the enemies from crossing the screen, but the explosions from an enemy dying far too often propel other enemies off the screen at super speed, resulting in an instant loss. I'm guessing the people who rated this highly just fool around in sandbox mode, and have never touched the actual game.
Level 4 on Hard is too difficult compared to the rest of the game. It doesn't make sense that the later levels are easier than one of the earliest levels.
I had to refresh the game 6 times after beating it before it gave me the hard badge. I was just about to send a missing badge report. Also what's the deal with it deleting your profile when you win?
Ghost Cells should have some sort of pattern, instead of just randomly being invincible as long as they want.
I came close to the impossible many times, only to get some Ghost that just would not freaking become vulnerable and it'd mess up my rhythm. Finally did manage to get the impossible though.
I had a killstreak of 97 when the green orb army of doom showed up on level 20. Just barely managed to get past 100 kills before being hit by an unavoidable wall of green bullets.
I beat all 50 levels in one sitting, because I didn't realize it saved the highest level you've been to...
Good game, as long as you don't stupidly try to beat the entire game in one playthrough like I did. That's too much at once.
Way too many glitches at higher speeds. At a certain point, about half the levels are impossible to win or react to and the other half are super easy to win. Since you have a 50/50 chance of passing the impossible levels by doing nothing, and you get a life back from every level passed, it's almost impossible to lose, at least on normal mode. I got to 1557 on normal until I finally got a streak of impossibles against my favor.
Just got the impossible badge. It's not as hard as it seems at first once you realize how small the hitbox for your ship is. Still had too many close calls on later levels though. Nearly got hit by the final boss when he only had 10% health left.
Just got a score of 3,145,942,700 on Classic - Double Trouble, Expert Difficulty. I would've tried harder to stay alive after lvl 50 if I'd known I was 3/4 to beating the top score.
