Need a version with permanent upgrades and RPG-style gameplay (of course no need for conversations and quests). And in the end you could evolve to a current animal species according to your gameplay style. If you've eaten many others and were fast and aggressive, you could be a tiger. If you used your special abilities and ate near the same amount of proteins and other cells, you could be a human. Etc...
Nice game. It needs some badges like "Intern", "Resident" and "House M.D." :-)
However - as charlesaccer said before - in a second version i'd appreciate a slightly different gameplay, like the circulation-type map, and some modifications what I'll PM to the submitter.
What a damn stupid awkward joke this was... XD
(At least we can suppose of the intro, that DC3 will be set in the WW2 era...)
