so stolen... not created by him and i dont think, that he has the permission to upload it on kong and make money with this game. most sites say, that you can upload the games on your site... but they mean YOUR site and kong isnt YOUR site. kong is just a site, where you are member and it is not allowed to download a game from another site to make money with it on kong. it would be to easy like that. i could upload your game too on kong. why not? why should you be the only one, who can do this? so stop stealing...

Nice game, but the controls are horrible and buggy. sometimes he moves and runs into an enemy, but i dont press any key and then he dont move or fire, when i press the key for that.

well... i dont know, but i think this game is stolen. the site flanbit.com is just another flashgame site, where other users can upload flashgames. i dont think, that this gives you the right to upload them on kong. it also looks like you found it on flanbit.com, thought they are the developers and made a account with that name. the fact, that the links in the game are linking to flanbit.com isnt a proof, that it was made by flanbit. some games are also linking to armorgames or newgrounds, but dont belong to them or the armorgames account on kong.
one other thing: you post stolen uploads... why dont you post some of your own stuff, that you have uploaded. some of it is also stolen or was stolen before you exchanged it with a "removed by owner" picture.
