The catapult's power is way too strong. It's ability to arc shots is extremely difficult due to a huge portion of the catapult's "swing" time causing your shots to go over the castle and miss completely. Firing head on into the castle rarely works in some of the levels, and the ones it doesn't require too many shots to be fired simply because you miss too many times.

Controls and collisions are a little clunky. For starters if I'm against the wall but not moving towards it, don't make me grab it because I could be relying on a straight double jump and get thrown off the the side into an enemy. Next, the spiked slimes will set off their spikes if you come at them from below but at an angle. There was also a shark boss stuck in the wall so I couldn't kill him.

Just a few suggestions to help break the monotony of the game: 1) Multiple targets in a single mission - not everything is run by one person. 2) Make a mission where you are only given the name of the target, so you have to sneak to some personnel files to find what the target looks like (eg. one of the previously blue npcs turns green) 3) Upgrades are an easy way to get people to continue to play a lengthy game such as this - I know I personally want the ability to remain permanently invisible while standing still and have the bar go down while I'm moving. I'm sure you can think of more. Anything to break from the repetitive nature of the game would instantly turn this game into a perfect assassin game.

The professional missions tend to be glitchy with all of the narrow spaces and large number of guards. There was one point where I could not finish the mission because two guards were walking into each other, blocking both the entrances with their field of view. When I tried to set off an alarm to get them to move away, they shot me through a wall. Other than the glitches, it's an overall superb stealth simulation.

The controls are terrible. I should be able to press 1-5 and click somewhere to order a "Go to"/follow command. The AI is horrible in many aspects from how they react to collisions to something simple as turning left or right. There were multiple times were I tried to move someone to another part of the screen and instead of turning to that direction, the bot turned the opposite direction, hit a wall, and started acting like a horrible driver trying to parallel park a car in a tiny space. Better AI and controls would turn this 2/5 into a 5/5.

So challenge 4 is probably the worst setup ever. The dragon ignores the shield until the sword is dead and if the sword hides behind the shield, he just shoots his shield. Then, if the sword dies, it take the dragon like an hour to kill the shield.

To make this game extremely easy, make sure your first play through is on Arcade mode so you can learn the missions. Once you know the missions it makes playing Realistic mode 10x easier. Secondly play the training mission until you get all three bonuses so that you can start off with the best equipment. I ended up doing the first two bonuses from the training and the first two missions so I could buy the final gun. Once I did that the third bonus was an easy $5000 to buy all of the accessories.

The light unit is by far the best unit. Having just two can allow you to outnumber and kill most opponents. A good way to save money for later in game is to just fill your team with them and you won't have to upgrade until at least the third level. Keeping at least two later in the games allows you to conquer land extremely fast and overpower any unit with relative ease. I've even taken down two level 9 mammoths who were stacked on top of each other with 4 groups of light units. Using these inexpensive guys will mean easy mode for badges.

I used a deck composed of 9 peasants, 4 parting gifts, 4 Crystal Mines, and 9 gold mines. Starting off this deck will easily beat the computer. As I went on I added any Dwarven Boons I gained, a kamikaze, and a reaper's bounty in to speed up the process. Use this strategy to easily storm through the battles.

Please add an auto-save feature. For a long time I didn't fear death and I ended up going pretty far before I made a mistake and died. My last save was so far back I didn't want to continue playing.

Great game, though it would be nice if I got to allocate stat points every level so I get a little more control over character progression. Having to wait 2-4 levels for a talent is a bit annoying because I don't really feel like I'm leveling until I get the talent. The tip about saving weapons until later is bogus because no matter the level you only get 3% of your xp for each weapon, so sell them early for faster leveling and an easier time.

First I'll start by saying it's a good step in the right direction. Though you have a solid base to work with, there's a lot of work that needs to be done. For starters fix the main part of the game, the shooting. The best way to make recoil is to have it bounce up and down rather than force you to aim upward. This allows the player to keep their focus while rewarding them for firing in bursts and not making them have to work for full auto. Secondly, add some variety. Game types, guns, maps, all of these will make the game not only better but hold more replay value. I play one match with the current game and I've seen it all. Lastly touch up with some polish. Character customization would be a nice feature, perhaps even classes, add in some grenades. Anything you can think of will only improve the quality and re-playability of the game. For a starting ground it's nice, continue to build off of it. I give you a 5/5 for effort but the game will get a 3/5 until improved.

I like the idea, however halfway through the game I had all the upgrades. By the end of the game I had enough money to buy them all again twice. The upgrade pacing needs a little work, either give us more upgrades or lower the amount of money we receive. Other than that it was a great execution of a familiar genre. 4/5
