You don't need to worry about getting every piece of equipment in each zone. The final boss give you a bunch of enemies on which you can steal equipment from.
To unlock the neutrality deed, you have to unlock at least one neutral faction. The titan faction is the easiest and can be achieved by buying 300 Halls of Legends and requires 25000 angel and goblin tokens each.
Probably just a short lag in the display, I would think/hope -- we'll see if that clears up (it really shouldn't be feasible to get 5k gems before 30 trophies).
I assume that Lvl 1 upgrades will not pass on to Lvl2. I got 60% dodge chance and 40% block chance for knights, but they still die pretty quickly, so the dodge chance must have been removed.
To get Kara, you first have to unlock the 4th hero Cassandra, which you can get by leveling any hero to level 3. You then have to unlock the Tower, the Untamed Beast, the Were-Tiger, and then the Phoenix Strike in order to get Kara.
Guide to Doing Things: To pick up a hitchhiker, simply try to stop near them and they will automatically come into your car. To super jump, use a boost right before you hit a springboard. This is also how you take down helicopters. Black and white happens randomly. The hardest achievements are Juggler, Perfect Drive, and Gangster Corp, so aim for those achievements first.
Finally beat it. The best "circles" to use are shield (makes you invincible and can still hit enemies), cannon (transforms your bullets into outright bombs), and giant bomb (keep shooting it for a bigger blast. Yes, this is confusing, but as you go through the game, you should be able to discover these for yourself. Level 60 and up requires you to rely on pickups rather that your own bullets. Using a pickup to kill an enemy will cause the enemy to possibly drop a pickup which you can use to kill an enemy...etc. This can lead to huge pickup combos, and will allow you to beat the level with almost no shooting.
Apparently, because my computer lags so much, the game thinks that I'm taking too long to do combos, so I literally can't get any rat combos unless my computer stops lagging.
