So, for those wondering why the code works, i think i figured it out.
E=MC2 basic algebra says that 2 letters together equals a multiplication, causing it to become MXE2 we sqaure E(always 2) to get 4, which is then multiplyed by X, E stands for equation. therefore Equation=MX4, so assuming that you note says 806, the answer would be 3224
