The game has never been down 5 hours for an update. Most of the times it is down for max 30 mins or less, unless we need to handle something extremely time consuming. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify this.
I agree with some of the posts here. The game should get more private. Like making different chats, and having private co-op so we can play with our friends. And my fullscreen or normalscreen still has problems!
