Fun game. The elevator situation is a little ridiculous though. Out of 36 horizontal spaces, I have 12 elevator shafts (3 service, 9 capacious) and the only thing people complain about is the elevators.
My tip to win, build 1 less room than you need for the next 'star' and horde a decent wad of cash so you can buy all of the next tier's buildings. Overall a pretty easy game.
That was the most fun I've had in a hard badge ever. Took me at least 5-6 tries to finally win WWII in 24 turns (20 actually). To me anyways, the 3rd challenge was harder (took probably 10+ tries). Still can't even beat the insane challenge.
I managed to beat 1-3 on the first try, level 4 took 2 tries, but level 5 was very hard. Took about 10-15 attempts. Level 6 seems pretty daunting; I think I'm going to get some sleep first.
Not sure why people are saying that the game is hard. It is reasonably easy. I didn't even realize that you could go back and refight battles to get more resources until 15 or so levels in. That makes this game ridiculously easy. Just move the speed up to x4 and play the first few levels 10 times or so and you can get tons of upgrades.
And both of my allies are dead. Unless they are going to give you allies all the time they really shouldn't allow them to die so easily. Or at least let you tell them what to do so they avoid getting killed or you could leave them behind.
Have been playing a little bit every day or 2 since it came out and only completed half of the levels... This is going to take a long time. On the plus side, I only had to go and replay a few levels one time so far. 88 levels completed, presumably ~80 or so to go. So far so fun.
