Wow... 26 actually had me stumped for a while. But now that it's done, it all seems... easier. Did he run out of ideas half-way through and pull a DMC4?
Got all the badges, got the best weapon, but personally, I'd still say my favorite was the fire axe. For total concept, gameplay and repeatability, I give it 5's across the board... but if my co-worker's beard could do that, I wouldn't need this game at all.
@ Undaunted: If a move like Higashi's Sweep were to connect with another "5"-speed attack (say, Helene's Sword Slash) then the attacks would technically run at the same time, so there would be no "first" or "last" attacker. Oh, and here's a funny thing... using Scroll of Inner Focus on Higashi will make Sweep unusable... probably because he'd gain energy from it? I dunno.
The AI in the single-player always yields movement privileges to the player; something should be implemented to add slightly more of a challenge. Also, why should characters with Chi Reflect be able to reflect light-based debuffs? It's odd seeing Yoshiro with Helene's "Enchant Blade" without even a blade weapon, no?
Got the badge... now let's see if they make an Impossible badge. "Kill the Grinning Colossus... again" or "kill the Grinning Colossus with your weapons only" or "do NOT burn the rope" or something.
Never gonna giiiiiive you up, never gonna leeeeeet you down, never gonna ruuuuun around and... desert you... never gonna make you cry, never gonna saaaaay good-bye, never gonna teeeeell a lie... and hurt you.
The absolute easiest way to get the Medium badge (and I'm surprised no one has said this yet) is get the Apocalypse Cannon and the rest as Shield Generators. I can get off at least three shots, and that's all you really need, and since it never misses... see where I'm going with this?
Still very good for an "experimental game". The problem is when you beat the game and wants you to replay, the game glitches at the cell division portion of the first level and freezes. Still, I played it, I beat it, and I loved it.
I love the game honestly, it was a challenge but I managed to get a time of 447 seconds... and here's a tip: to anyone having trouble, cross your eyes. It works for some, maybe not for others. Beware, it will kill your eyes after prolonged playing.
The card was rather easy to get. Damned be the rest of my buildings, I just saved and bought all the main building's extras. I got 20,845 points with it... and 103% accuracy. Woo.
