The Attack, Dash, and Jump keys don't consistently register.

Looks like the creator got the game working again on their NewGrounds page earlier this year.

Have you considered changing the next/prev buttons on the dialog and map windows to be more visually distinct (i.e., different colors, larger size, pulsing effect)? Perhaps have the close dialog box give a visual cue at the end of a conversation. Also, the speed at which the menus slide on/off screen feels sluggish. I also really want to echo the concerns over level length.

Making those buttons more distinct might be a good idea, but I didn't think anyone would have trouble finding them, since in the first dialogue they are the only buttons you can push, so you learn what they look like and what they do. But having them flash initially was something I also thought about.

So it's a racing game where the player spends the bulk of their time -not- actually racing.

Very fluid animations! A pause feature would be a welcome addition.

Fun stuff! Is there anywhere else you could put the system coordinates? Leaving them in the game field means you stop firing when your cursor sweeps across that upper left corner.

Great look, great feel, great sound. How about adding the ability for players to number or recolor ports while playing so that they don't have to memorize a lengthy firing sequence?

You might consider splitting the ability hot keys into two smaller rows, maybe 1-4 and Q-R. That would put them closer together and make it easier to swap between them with only hand on the keyboard. I also think it would be neat to give Affinity more of an impact on the game than just the survivor immunity aspect of Affinity Blast.

Slick! Now if only I could get my brain & fingers to stop trying translating the arrows as DDR steps...

The last quarter of the game really needs more quests and less reputation grinding via genocide. Pretty fun otherwise. Nice paperdoll inventory interface.

Definitely a blast! You might consider moving the shop's Continue button so that it isn't already over the ship when the next level starts.

Fun stuff! A Pause feature would be appreciated, and refilling health/mana between levels would help things along. The stacked healing blocks are, at best, tedious.

Starting with all powers on cooldown after a Continue seems unfair, and can make continuing in the later levels almost a lost cause. Otherwise a whole lot of fun. Really digging that music.

I'd love the ability to lock pieces in place (with a clear visual effect for locked pieces) and the ability to rotate pieces counter-clockwise.

A hotkey to select all captured nodes would be a welcome addition.
