Interesting idea but the neccessity of trial-and-error gameplay is very frustrating. You can hardly tell what is on the other side of a pit and so on. It seems more like a programming exercise than an actual game. 3/5 for the effort.
It should be labelled as "click options at random to die horribly in various ways".
With so many seemingly innocent decisions leading to insta-deaths, it is difficult to call it a game at all.
I didn't rate it, though, the descriptions were entertaining, you don't deserve 2/5 and I couldn't rate the game higher.
It might be not the best game around, but I really like it. 5/5, because there are almost no cyberpunk games around. The only thing the game could use would be some chicks :)
Too simple and the music is infuriating, glad that you can turn it off. This game could be a lot better at wasting time if it was a bit more complex. For now, 2 stars.
Ice palace was actually one of the easier puzzles in my oppinion, if a bit tedious. You have to arrange the 3 standing ice crystals on the 3x3 grid to open five or six gates that are there. There is a different combination for each of the gates, from what I figured out, something close to a line pointing at the desired gate.
@Firecat6666: concentrate your efforts on the doors to the east. Look for buttons everywhere.
@Beranek: Remove Trap scroll doesn't seem to work (it hangs the game up)
@Atalan: Once you get into elemental temples, you'll be drowning in money anyway. I think the temple fights are much too frequent, you're bound to spend a lot of time there anyway.
Okay... Fire Temple beaten, now I'm stuck in the Earth Temple :) I figure one key is in the box on the lower level (else it would make the lower level a trap without an exit), but the box cannot be opened with lockipcks, and the STR of 22 is too low to force it open. Is there any Knock spell to be bought? Or do I have to grind levels until I get enough STR / master gemcrafter?
How do you beat the fire temple? Enemies dropped a few keys at the beginning, but then they stopped - and there is no way to open those doors - or is it? Is there any walkthrough to this game?
