Maybe a 2 or 3 second cooldown, or boxes fall at a slower rate. You could also make it so that after every 60 seconds or so, the boxes get faster and bigger/smaller (your pick), but you can also get upgrades like slower cooldown, or like a 5 click clip before you have to reload. Also, clicking bigger boxes should give you more points and saving a box as it falls off should give double the points you would normally get for that box. I can tell you more if you want (just whisper). Great idea, not so great completion. 3/5 for a good start.
