I got KO'd and the game froze, then I tried pressing space and the match started, but the game was still frozen and now the audio is layers on top of layers of music, accompanied by a flashing KO'd old guy.
I just completed this game (except level 3 of the expert levels) and the controls feel like I'm ice skating and trying not to fall. This makes the levels with 1 block wide ground much harder. And you didn't even fix that problem in Super Meat Boy.
