If somehow you haven't played and beaten this wonderful game a path tip:
Do not try for every chest. Calculate the least amount of damage you can take between you and any gold chests, stat gems and the exit. Do not go after red chests unless they are easy and you wont take much from the enemy. Use the wings BEFORE you are going to die, better to escape and go back in with those new artifacts than to loose them. Sell everything you get, buy only potions (bigger == better value) only use newly found toys or artifacts do not buy from the store you need the potions more.

There is a very obvious flag that after you hit a certain number of countries or a certain number of points worth of countries (ie it may be based on population or hospital value) they are suddenly made completely aware of the virus and xenophobicly afraid of it. This leads to HUGE waits for it to MAYBE get to the last couple of island countries if it can get there at all. Also once the flag has gone off (even if your disease page says your visibility is nill) the other transmisssion meathods are reacted to instantly. I had never touched more than water but they had all gone nuts, I bought rats and INSTANTLY every affected country started killing rats, the same effect with Water or insects. I realize there may be a bit of quite random luck involved in such a scenario actually happening, but it becomes to random and drawn out once everyone goes nuts unless you have everyone already infected. 3/5 due to a strategy game becoming a slot machine.
Too simple, only one stratagy needed: Build fast then mob nearby targets. You could add in: Wait until they waste stuff on a nutral then attack for even easier win... sigh.

Since when are zombies smart enough to pick up weapons and chase you with them? This game pales in comparison to the first.
Gwydeon says: the first game had zombies with weapons as well, play it again.
Boxes that can randomly appear in the first section that are too high to jump on/over from ground are bad, you don't have time to correct and they can appear as some singular beats which then means you COULDN'T have been high enough to pass them (unless you managed very luckily to be several screens up at the last set of chained beats)
For the orb section its rather easy if your having trouble: Stand in one place, when a light starts underneath you wait a second and do a full jump, you have a big window of safety here. I followed a spike down touching the avatar without damage and also raced it up touching the avatar so just jump in place when necessary and ignore trying to move left/right to avoid.
My only complaint is that you apparently have to start a new party to do the other campaigns instead of bringing your existing party along, which I'd really rather.
