the stun on open palm is only 30% chance of hitting, so each time you have a 70% chance of missing . . . the odds of it actually working are not in your favor, don't try to rely on it as a needed attack, if it actually does land, the percentages played in your favor
i am so tired of people bitching about "luck" its called percentages, they are listed on the card . . . play the percentages, for instance if something has less than a 100% chance to hit . . . IT MIGHT MISS SOMETIMES . . . hence the strategy comes from playing the percentages of the game
