When the game starts all I get is an empty castle with no buttons to farm or do anything. The screen then abruptly goes black and still no options. I can hear the music though.
Same. I was at level 5 in the boss "room" as a human mangus running around with just a shield on when I suddenly lost all my health and now the screen is permanently black. The music is still there. If it helps my traits or whatever were experienced and bonecreater or something
Really fun game, pretty easy to beat with rogue though. I used bows and put almost all my points into agility causing insane damage that destroyed everything. Made it all the way through without even using an potions or losing anyone.
For those who are having trouble I easily beat all but the last level with 2 ultimas, 2 chakras, and an entropy alien. Other team comps work but this is the one I used.
Except for the Special Challenge on the first two levels and as long as you evenly upgrade your skills and "charge" at the enemy with your plants completing the rest of the Special Challenges and levels in order is a breeze.
Trick:You can place Death Stamp(School of Magic Mors) and its upgraded versions on your own units instead of the enemy. This way, instead of having backup when enemy units are killed and the probability that your spawned Parasites won't have anything to fight against they will spawn in when your own units are killed(including your pet) and be able to hold back enemies only after your guys have been killed.
Keep encountering a glitch where when I go off the ramp I immediatly go straight down into the water and because of it don't have a chance to go any distance. If this didn't happen to me ~3 to 5 times a game beating it wouldn't be that hard.
I easily got all the stars and beat all the levels without retrying by first getting B in passive, upgrading hulk drones fully, upgrading cash boosters fully, getting the rest of the drones upgrades, getting the rest of the charger upgrades, and then whatever- I went for D and upgrade for normal turrets. On all the levels I started off with 2-4 chargers (upgrade 1 to emp and rest to cash boosters after buying several of the drones in the next step), then made 8 drones evenly scattered around the map so they attack from different angels surviving longer (upgrade all to hulk), and spent my remaining money on whatever I wanted. Great game and good luck winning!
Lesson Learned:Don't use Ragnarock....That is unless you want a bunch of lighting breathing dragons randomly attacking your castle killing you instantly.
For those having trouble getting a score of at least 150, either the more you play or the more you win repeatedly you get more points quickly increasing your score.
Tip:Dying resets the items that you have bought in the shop, so if they are only selling a certain amount of something and you want more buy all of the ones available and die. This will make them reappear in the shop but you still have the ones you bought.
If you need extra time to get 200 seconds in challenge mode, drag items about to go past up to your inventory even if its full and they will be sent back to the "start".
Very annoying that enemies are able to keep attacking along the side...if you are the sort of person who makes a line of soldiers and one hunter gets past he will go down the line killing everyone.
Somehow on my first time flying I hit the snow andthis big magical pengiun told me to get it launching me across the map for $1300. Thank you magical penguin.
Tip:When you start put all your hours into searching or people till you have the max. After that make sure that the people are your first priority, barricade second, and weapons last.
Guys, for those who keep saying oh no my companions are dying if your companion gets hurt and you need to save him/her then click the top right options button and click save/exit as in the room where they fell. When you continue your game it will be the same room and everything except your companion will be up an fine!
Although this is a fun demo for a game and has a great concept the planes are way to big. Even with all my birds upgraded and fast reflexes I cant get through 4 zepplins and 2 planes that are filling the screen at once. It would be nice if you could make it so only 1 of the huge aircraft can be on the screen at a time.
