Yeah, I was looking into taking some anti hacking measures on my next game, and he concluded that I should not try at all, since it's impossible to completely prevent hacking. He then hacked this game, because he knew it'd bug me. :P
Provided you're picking them up, MissMarionette, they go into the inventory of the character you dragged the item on to.
ie: Chest opens, you drag the item onto a character to collect it.
I hope you haven't just been leaving each chest, assuming you'll automatically take it :P
