This game would be almost perfect, were it not for the mindboggling lag that makes it completely unplayable at a certain level. I've reached the part where all I see are some random pictures of the game, 10 seconds away from each other, maybe even more. The only "action" in the game, at this point, is being juggled with, from an area to the next, without being able to control the situation in any way (other than restarting the browser, or the tab). Is there really no way to optimize this? Instead of updating the game with content, as you say you do, it'd be better if you concentrated your efforts on removing the lag.
Something terribly enmadenning about this game is that huge buccaneer parties come at you in the begginning, even if you travel around your home town. This prevents you from having a good start and kills all the fun. The enemies should evolve as you evolve, not pwn you from the begginning... + if you agree, so that the developer (who I ask kindly to fix this) sees this message
This is by far one of the best puzzle games on this site. It is, in its own way, immersive, it has very good sound effects, music, voicing. And, although the whole game works on the same principle, it's not at all linear. I'd give it 1000/5, even more if I could, but I can only give 5/5. Oh, and it does need badges. I don't know how you admins put them, or when, but it's very unfair for a game as good as this one not to have badges...
How nice... "2 EASY BEAT IT IN 15 MINUTES 2\5" Is the game soooo bad only because it's easy? Some games are not meant to be hardcore. If you like those games, go play those. This game has a normal difficulty for its type. It's a casual game, not an action-packed "shoot everything in sight, else you die" game. And for a game of it's type, it's worth much more than 2/5. It's worth 5/5. At least in my opinion.
I have the same problem you have, tolmin. When I press the "poem" button, after I've unlocked it, nothing happens... no pop-up window, no in-game poem screen... could someone tell me... us, what we're doing wrong? Or is there no poem to be seen?
Has anybody else had some serious issues with this game?... First and foremost, it's using up almost all of my CPU (95 out of 100). Second of all, some very broken music is playing (like from a broken cassete player), even though I set the music to off. Lastly, it's veeery, very slow, even though my computer can play games like Dragon Age Origins, for example, pretty smoothly. I don't know if I should have reported this as a bug... it's only been like this the first time I ran it. The second time, it worked fine, and so does it now.
Even though I've finished the game, I'd love some achievements here. Kills, sciences and the like would make for very good achievements in my oppinion.
I have experienced no glitches, and the game was more fun than I had hoped. 5/5! Too bad it won't let me rate it :(. It says I may've followed a bad link... I'll try to report the site error, maybe they'll fix it.
