Bug: after resetting and reloading the game (starting with zero buildings) the game forces you through the tutorial again. Was majorly annoying.

Buy Premium packs with the free currency they give you and faceroll through the badge missions. I remember playing the original Tyrant and it wasn't this... P2W abomination.

I'm kind of annoyed that the outcome of a battle is obviously calculated the second you hit the Autofight button, but we still have to sit there for ages watching the cards slowly dink around.

Expense modifier is insanely annoying. You get punished for making too much money. You get punished for making too little money. You get punished for running a deficit even if you have millions banked. Just limits your options unnecessarily if you're trying to play efficiently.

Bug: I lost a lot of job-related achievements after the recent update. Just straight up got removed from my list for no apparent reason. Losing the last tier on some of my jobs is REALLY annoying, because it means I have to grind them from scratch again.
