i just had a carspace shard taken, it wasnt applied to anything, would be nice to get it back. thx...ive had 3 and as can be seen ive only had 2 do anything. please reply
add a 10X button for balls and upgrades so we dont have to click way to dam much...would be really easy to add and make the prestige process way easier

I don't understand how you do not have any tickets...I have send 4 now, you each the last 4 days right through the support tab below the game. I sent another yesterday as well and can send another if need be. I lead the game in tourney wins and am on daily. Not sure how you are not receiving my tickets when i am sending them directly through your link. I will send again if need be
It has been 4 days and still haven't had any reply from support. The issues I have faced have been major glitches and you claim you support your players. After your nasty response last time, nothing has been done still! It is a good game, but to bad it is so glitchy to the point of taking cards, gold, and tokens and making no effort in a reasonable time to correct the problem. Support takes 1-2 days and it has been 4 with no response. Get it together

We honestly don't get what you are talking about. We don't have any e-mail at all in our support ticketing system from this account. Are you sure you sent it to the right place? (support@frozenshard.com) Send the e-mail to that address stating your in-game nick and the game you are having troubles with and will reply you asap (only from Monday-Friday). Thanks.
This is a dam joke...spent as much time and effort as i have to have my cards, gold and tokens taken and nothing done to fix the issue. Lost cards and gold to auction and just had a Sizar taken from my cards when i went to mega him. Doesnt make sense that nothing is done for the players who have spent the time i have
Nothing is done for the players? We are always open to receive tickets ok our support e-mail (support@frozenshard.com) have you tried sending an e-mail there? We will investigate any issue you've had and give you an answer right away.

That's all the content in this version, but I'll be updating it to be the full game as time goes on. It's a very large game so content takes time.
