Hi, make sure you check every server region. When you click on Play there is 3 available regions on top of room list (Europe, USA and Asia). Usually most players are on Europe server.
P.S. Wait 5 - 10 seconds on each server while it connects and calculates players online

After clicking on Region you must wait till it connect (When blue circle disapear). Click Europe server it have most part of players
