First, thanks for responding so quickly!
Regarding my comment yesterday about 1/2 speed questing - I was able to get the quests to return to their appropriate speed. The issue didn't resolve after refreshing the page or restarting the browser. I cleaned out a bunch of old files from my temp folder and restarted my computer, and that seemed to fix the issue.
I'm not sure as to why that would have resulted in almost exactly 1 click per 2 seconds, but I would recommend giving that a shot to anyone else that encounters that problem.
I've been having some issue with the speed of the quests, where they are advancing at half the designated rate. They will advance at the same number that is listed per "tick", but each tick is occurring once every 2 seconds, rather than 1/sec. This was not the case when I had been playing the game last week, and I'm wondering if this is perhaps a bug with one of the new updates.
hm this is strange as others have not been experiencing it and everyone would notice. You could PM me your save string (use pastebin.com and send the link). As of now I don't know of a possible cause.
Really interesting take on idle games, I think the concept is very clever and refreshing.
Just a minor change that should be made - the percentages are not written correctly as they are '100%' greater than the effect they have. Writing "+200% damage" means that the result should be a total of 300% damage. This is really mathematical semantics, and does not have a major impact on the game, but I would recommend either decreasing the written percentages by "100%" each, or simply changing the "+" to an "x" for each of them to be mathematically accurate.
Great game!
It would be nice if there was a way to pause (potentially with a menu), and if you could allow players to re-map the keys, as the 1/0 doesn't work on a laptop. Interesting idea for a game
You have a lot of great things going on with this game, and it is one of the more "playable" idle games I've come across. One thing to change that I don't see mentioned in other comments - The gift of space for 5 more trimps in the main world should increase for each level (perhaps using an exponential-based algorithm), as 5 more trimps has little meaning at that point. This may also help to resolve some of the coordination level mismatch issue. Great work overall!
Failed within first 10 seconds about 10 times in a row, then somehow beat it the 11th time... just look at the top and dont be where lasers are. It's not too hard once you figure out how to move correctly.
