In addition to the punitive length of time to get one energy back, I've found that when you come back to the game after a while and you receive "bonus" energy, it rolls your full energy bar back to zero and adds the bonus to that. So, yippee! The bonus takes me from 22 energy to 3! What a great f*cking deal.
Five minutes in, I was thinking, "Okay, as long as Kant doesn't show up, this will be great!" And then, of course... :)
This was a lot of fun. There are some inherent limitations in trying to create this sort of game - namely, that it only really allows for one real path through each of the different debates. That said, I really applaud the effort to put together something so interesting and new. Nice work!
Like a lot of folks, I ran into problems with spells - particularly when I tried to swap spells through the inventory. Slot 4 became completely unusable; there's nothing there, but every time I try to put something in that slot, I get an error saying the slot isn't empty.
Absolutely silly, ridiculous, and cheesy. I LOVED it. The cutscenes made me giggle, and I'm just bad enough at button mashers that I was somewhat challenged by some of the later levels (this speaks more to how badly I suck at this kind of game than anything, but whatever). Lots of fun!
I really loved the first two installments, but something about this one fell a bit flat for some reason. I don't know if the game is just wearing thin for me or what, but...meh.
All right, this is a fun little game. Dialogue is amusing, the cute characters are fun to play with, and the trick to get the little guys moving faster removes the major annoyance I had early on (thanks for posting that, Tials).
Only complaint I have is similar to some others here...it's just way too easy. I'd enjoy it more if there was some real challenge to the game. I don't mind the limited skill trees and shortness - short and fun games are still fun, after all. Make me work twice as hard as I did in this version, and I think you'll be in great shape.
I quite liked the opening. The visual of the planets that had been exterminated eventually speeding by too quickly to read was simple and really nicely done.
I really like the game, but I must decrease my rating because the names of the various guns are wrong. I demand realism in my games about bunnies bent on destroying the earth.
Wait...no, I don't give a damn about the names of the guns. The game, however, is hilarious and great fun.
