but then again, that would make the police REALLY stupid and Future Todd alot more crafty then he appears
you must realize this:
making the AI smart in a RTS game is VERY hard; there is so much info to program into it and you can't think of every tactic a human will use
in conclusion: humans think of their own; computers do not; therefor the computer sometimes needs a handicap; and that is why multiplayer is so fun
first of all, lmao @ longborder XD
second, I would be disappointed if all of the research and time I spent into getting a leviathan (about 4 months of real life time) ended up with that XD
