Instant 5/5 (and I would give more if it was possible) even though I have some minor issues with this game:
1. No possibility to change keyboard binding. Even though I have QWERTY I couldn't use Q for focus and W for shooting, so my first game was extremely awkward with pressing Z, A for focus, E for bomb... brrr. Either activate both keyschemes at ones or, better, let us change keys. 2. It's probably a problem of all games like this: sometimes you can get visual lag, game still goes and you can easily get hit in this time. Probably unsolvable, unfortunately. 3. It's probably I suck but homing projectiles feel much more powerful (useful) than power shots. 4. Why, WHY did you make us *kill* all these cute chimera girls? "Defeated" would convey message without being so brutal. You have no conscience, ClemiNeko. It should be considered crime against humanity.
It's a shame that you have some keyboard issues... Maybe you could try play with the mouse?
I don't even know if I'm going to implement a feature that allows players to change keys actually ^^'
I really wrote "kill"?? Holy crap! What on the heaven am I doing?! There is no way we could "kill" these divine and resplendent cute creatures! They're just defeated, obviously.
Generally nice - work on it, should have potential. There is a clipping bug with bricks around "well" in the middle on the bottom - if you jump on them you stand on them properly but if you move on ground to go into them and they block for example grenades. Plus: enemies can go into them and it may be hard to target them
Hipnotyzer, thanks for playing! I'm still making upgrades in the game. It will have a wave system!
About the brick, that was the ideia! It is not a cliping bug. Do you think that i need to change it??
I feel bamboozled by last update. In previous one I reached all time studies and decided to put game on hold to not make it too easy after upcoming update. Now, with first eternity upgrade nerfed from (x+1)^3 to (x+1) it's suddenly impossible for me to get even close to IP levels reached before and all I can do is simply leave game running for dozens of hours, almost without touching anything, just to farm enough EP for new shiny upgrades that may or may not let me reach previous levels again. I guess I will pass and wait for future updates, maybe balance will get a bit better
God damn, at start it looks like a bad reskin of Idling to rule the gods. Even some details like maximum number of energy (clones) is same. I guess it may later differ from original game but first impression is awful because of the obvious "inspiration". You changed mechanism behind capping skills, which is nice as it feels natural; your rebirth mechanism also strongly promotes long runs and I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'm also not sure if I stick with this game long enough to see its unique aspects as start is simply generic.
Potentially very nice game but I got a bit burned by interface. Considering that this game is mostly about logistics in your empire, transporting goods and so on, interface for automatic routes is a rather frustrating. There are no sliders for goods so everything has to be typed by hand. No ability to make priorities for different goods and set them as "load as many as you can" which could be sometimes godsend. Generally it feels like interface is made for endgame when your cargo fleet has extremely big storage space and everything can be easily fine-tuned. The side-effect of this problem is a bit frustrating process of increasing initial cargo fleet as everything has to be updated. And one last crucial thing - import income isn't taken into account when using % option. You cannot export 100% of imported unneeded good, you have to type value. Which makes Settlers-like distribution painful or creates clutter with additional direct routes.
Sliders will be soon get into the way because they can't be accurate as text (you will need that). You may be right since these features were added in the beta when the player game-age was already very advanced so it may be tuned for late game. I will try to address these issues anyway, thank you for letting me know!
@sunrider89 you have to press "load online" because it will first load your offline save (automatically created) if it exists. Then it should proceed to calculate offline gains
So I tried to narrow down what is causing memory leak and I can't find single reason. It seems that at some random point there is a massive memory leak resulting in eating all memory available. It just happens from time to time when game is opened. I doesn't crash Firefox (32-bit, latest version), it just slows everything down due to low system memory and crashes game, making it impossible to save.
Did this happen with only the game open or did you also have other tabs (games) open at that time? Sometimes it causes problems if you have more webgl-sites or games open at once.
But I will look into the code, if I can find something which might cause a memory leak.
Actually I was approached by Kongregate to put the game on this site. Part of the deal was a promise for an immediate front page. So this game is not going through the normal under judgment process. I don't think it's getting low rating as much as it just has not gotten rated a lot. I think they start you at 2.5 and your score is dictated from there? I'm unsure. I'm new to Kongregate
So because of server migration we lost our daily rewards progress? So instead of waiting 4 days for ultra orb I have to start again with 12 days. Well, it was a funny game, I will wait for future updates
Well, to be fair, the server migration wasn't our fault. The host shut us down. I can understand some frustration at having to start over with the daily rewards, though. If you would like to contact us directly, we would be more than happy to assist you in getting your rewards caught up.
[Don't read before finishing game, small SPOILERS]
Wonderful, just wonderful. This game is probably one of the best in the series. Ada makes it instantly go from 10/10 to 11/10. At first I was a bit saddened by the lack of snarky comments about surrounding but considering length of the game it's only natural and dialogues make up for it several times over.
Game felt great during play but when Mathias revealed himself during battle I was just left with "Wait, wait" and activated my hype thrusters. Will you give us Stand battles from JoJo? And what about ships: we have Princess and Ada and I wonder how will you end it with them (sorry, Ada is best girl for me).
Amazing. Can't wait for another one
Another great game! There are a few minor bugs (mostly objects showing in strange situation, like Orb being shown complete upon examination after being shattered moment ago) but nothing to worry too much about. What is the meaning Judi's motto? I can't find anything it refers to. And one thing - could you implement option to go to main menu from any screen in game? When I want to replay some scenes or check something from the past it's sometimes hard to find proper save (not during long cutscene) and in the end I have to refresh page which is suboptimal. Anyway - can't wait for more. And I can't understand why people are scoring it so low, geez, players these days...
I just love how you cut down price on some research 2 times and increased price of research upgrades 10 times... Got to admit I was confused when I saw my cash disappear when it took 1 billion instead of 100 million. My fault for relying on memory and not double checking, I guess...
Very nice game. If you are thinking about possible improvements, think about adding different "views". For example - view mode showing efficiency of building instead of their images (would be helpful to quickly check if everything works properly). And btw: in pro tips you put a sentence about getting 100% efficiency with 2 output lines with 20 items per 10 ticks. Technically you need another output line when you exceed 10 items per 10 ticks as line can take 1 item per tick, am I right? I took me a while to fully understand it - I'm not sure whether you spelled it like this by mistake or with intent of giving a little bit misleading tip making players wonder what is going on and learning about it by themselves. Anyway - great concept!
@xStxLunaticsx yes, you are right, buy I have same situation as @Blusteel. For some reason game didn't game this icon (it was working yesterday but not today...). What is more - I had to refresh game to get daily bonus screen. But still no option to get offline gold
