This could literaly run on a phone as is if kongregate itself made very few changes and it does run! It's just that the screen zooms in and out when you tap fast and a whole arsenal of other games run just fine!
All you really need is lower difficulty, then more skill points and then to invest in the logic quality multiplier and charisma initial players multiplier to steamroll the game.
I wonder what happened to the creator of the game? Was he an unloved hobo in real life who's death went unoticed? Is he a dangerous criminal on the run? Is he working for the KGB? Or does he simply hate his fans and is disgusted by what he created T_T
Reminds me of that phantom spider mobile game where you could level your equipment...except the phantom spiders got more powerful the more powerful equipment you equiped and at level 100, they would be so fast that you most likely can't do anything and it was overall awful.
