Another way for lvl 7- (following Arcazan's comment) shoot top-left, then shoot bottom-right before he gets a chance to even start running, then shoot the running bottom-left before he leaves teh screen, and finally shoot top-right, whose head is peeking out from behind the tree which he is hiding behind.

45- make crate drop on first crate, just keep walking... You push bottom crate, first crate falls on you.
