to anyone looking, the trilobite key's near the save before you fight the "heroes", it doesn't have a chest but is still on the map. i suspect it's used to fight this secret dragon, so make sure to pick it up.

ooh, this game was pretty neat i'll be honest. i especially liked it when the lvl 50 heroes didn't die horribly to pave way for the actual protagonist.
i'll be annoyed i have funky and inconsistent savefiles, though, with how i did the sidequest in a different save to the one i've cleared the game with, and how i didn't save at all the points and stuff. pretty lame indeed.
it's pretty funny they still have the challenge on. first came up when i played in the past, then i went off from this site for like a year and is still here. (i'd wish the marker disappeared when you completed it, though)
sorry for the problems eppie spacely. some problems seem to be glitches, but the "repair button" actually is a thing to upgrade drones that do repairs, the multiple turrets available aren't actively used, but a game-controlled thing on your ship. if you cant hit the enemies, upgrade fighters more. cant help with the arrows/dialogue/walk through problems
finally beat the game. guess that demon is reserved for the expansion to the game.
no formal ending scene or anything, so that's a shame (save for a little more dialogue, at least its something). also the town merchant seems to have vanished?
