the game itself is not the main problem its the membership needs, also if you dont like what people say on comments just dont read them, as long as they arent overly offensive and on topic they can post whatever they want

API is how kongs chat interfaces with the games, it records things like scores and beating the game and stuff.
it is part of the code and if you dont have it in your game there is no way to add badges or cards
