I only get a black screen after the Unity loading bar. If you're getting the same problem, press +. If not, then ignore it because within 5 hours it'll be pushed down below the Most Recent comments.
I was doing the prison mission, going through the underground passage, and just when I got Ghost out, Psycho died. Then later, when I was going back through the underground, Ghost died as well. The mission should have been a failure, but now I have four squad members.
So when you get on top of the crate on the tall blue tower and look in the direction of the mall, it looks like there are some structures outside of the walls...
