i belive that you should be able to equip some attachments together like exstended mags+red dot sight+scope like thaat but not Red dot+heartbeat sensor.
i kinda hate the part where england is kinda the hardest to beat because they are taking a powding everywhere from the germans and the french the moors and spain not to forget about irealand and scotland
