I can max out the attack on my mage on a wep with 1-60 damage and it would still always hit 1!!! >_< I hate this game

why do i always lose life when the lvl i gotta pick a up a key with my mouse and put it in the keyhole,i always lose 1-3 lives just by touching it....REALY ANOYING
