I enjoyed everything about this game, and I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing, but I think the length was just enough for the game not to outstay its welcome. Great job, keep up the good work.
It's a sad world we live in where people haven't even heard of the seven deadly sins and think they're from FMA. They're such good generic fantasy game fodder, I figured everyone would know what they represented by now.
Nice concept, decent monster designs, but honestly despite adding plenty of new things to the game, the levels just feel tedious to play through and I ended up quitting probably 2/3rds through because I didn't feel at all compelled to go on. Maybe the problem is the creatures take too long to kill with these ineffective weapons.
I like how you can be happy making $500 in a round early on, but having the remote-operated rocket break into thousands of pieces upon crashing doesn't cost anything. Whatever insurance he must have, I want it.
Also, got bored and quit at level 3x after finding out the final weapon is more joke than useful weapon. The weapons are this game's carrot on a string, and once you know what they all are, the gameplay itself is pretty monotones. Creative weapon selection, but the game itself could have used more attention. 3/5
Eric, get more mid-air fuel, and hopefully the final fuel achievement. I just won 1-2 rounds after getting the achievement. On topic: great game. Simple, but enjoyable, and an upgrade system deep enough to feel rewarding without needing an instruction manual. I rarely get a nice vibe from games like I did from this one, so 5/5 from me.
So a bit of patience now means a hard badge? It might be hard with someone with ADHD, but a bit (and only a bit) of patience is all you need to beat each level. They don't really get any harder after the 9th or so.
So, I was using a 35 card deck against fire queen. Needed to draw a pulverizer (earlier is better) to beat her. Last two cards in my deck were both of my pulverizers...lol.
Haha, went level 1-99 without using wings, just as I was at the shop getting ready to go and finish the game, computer freezes. Now all progress is gone. Oh well, had the achievements before I cleared data, and it was pretty obvious how things were going to end this time around.
I don't know what's with so many people -'ing urmelhelble's comment, this game is pretty easy to get perfect scores in all of the levels with a bit of trial and error. It's the most enjoyable variant of the game I've seen so far, but while the basic structure (no pun intended) is perfect, it could use some expansion and an increase in mastery. Well-earned 4/5
Great artwork, and the deepest story of any flash game I've ever played. This game is just about perfect for what it is. I look forward to seeing more games in this series. 5/5
Great game, my only complaint was that it was easy after you get going with the powerups, even on madcap mode, before I even knew about the banana powerup which made it even easier. 5/5 for the experience, but the hard badge was one of the easier ones I've earned here on kong.
On a side note, a pure speed biological agile exposure/shadowblend/withdrawl Sonny makes such quick work of the last boss that I almost felt cheated out of my final boss fight.
