This game is the best game ever! Anyone who says it's too hard after playing a few levels hasn't played it enough to see how awesome it is.

Odd, I create a character, choose a difficulty, and when i click play it says my name's in use.
Happened twice with me using a bunch of gibberish the second time
What you do for 3m is: Fire the cannon at 45 degrees full power. Hold up+right at all times. When you bounce so that you hardly or don't go past the top of the background, use a shot from the golden gun. Keep holding up+right and you will bounce to +440, then to +60. When you come down from the +60 fire another shot. Repeat until you have one shot left. Now try your best to get more ammo. If you really run into a problem use your last shot, but make sure you get ammo after! Keep doing this, and use any nukes you want after a group of shots, until you run out. Also, get the chest bomb. I wouldn't have gotten 3m without it.

I earned 1m cash, 660k from distance and 440k from cash bags : )
Man, I still love this game, but how the heck are you supposed to play for 5 hours!
I'm pretty sure it counts the time spent flying, not running the game.
Also, can someone please explain what the benefit of catching on fire awards are? The more things and even more things.
