@Maj3ztiC, that's the tilde key. It's usually the shift version of the key left of the 1 in the row of numbers above the letters. If it isn't on your keyboard, try searching your keyboard with tilde and see how other people dealt with it.
The hitbox for the plane/birds part is actually pretty tiny. Take a few runs to find out the narrow vertical space where birds hit you when not jumping and it becomes a lot easier because you're not trying to dodge things that won't hit you. As for the pillars, those seemingly impossible ones are actually possible. Falling down through the right side of a pillar doesn't count, but it isn't all that easy to get it working like that when you need it badly. Finally, wish I'd realized this *before* completing insane, holding down the left arrow makes the controls much easier to use because you take 3 times as long to slide back (shouldn't you you go back faster?!?)
