Okay, great idea, great implementation, great game, only casual game I've seen where any real effort went into the voices...and it doesn't frackin' save the game. 1/5
Re: Afrika -- place names are listed by local spelling, not American spelling. Re: Svalbard -- check out the Wikipedia entry on Svalbard. It's owned by Norway entirely since after WWI, but it definitely is that archipelago way north above the arctic circle. Pretty cool game, if it makes ya learn things, says I. I spent about four hours reading about Svalbard because of it.
I wish Kongregate would just add this to their API so we could do it on the site...for EvilDog and any other developers, EVER: The "Mute" button should mute ALL SOUNDS. Sound effects aren't muted here. Makes me crazy.That said, this is the best game on Kongregate.
Put. A. Mute. On. The. First. Screen.
GAH! PUT A MUTE ON THE FIRST SCREEN! Controlling sound should be a CORNERSTONE of interface, especially in these games.
