i did level 39 too. i kinda feel that it helps if you do it in low quality. then you can tell when your blocks are centered on the circle.

level 37 may look _seemingly_ impossible, but it is infact, possible. its basically about offset balance. think about it. Also, i solved level 38 by purposely tipping over the diamonds so they would stack like a square.
