It may seem silly so many years later, but I thought i’d throw down an update. The 3rd Gardener never materialized. I really wanted deeper gameplay with a tighter design, but couldn’t figure out how to do it with my established character and mechanics. Summoning plants feels too easy or too tedious… and there wasn’t much room in the way of powers or upgrades. I’ve spent years in between projects trying to think of something, but I always come up with nothing original.
Sorry I couldn’t come through for ya, bud. Game deving can be an exhausting and fruitless endeavor.
You made Sanguine 2 and posted it on notdoppler, right? If so, you should go ahead and post it to kongregate as well, it would be a great chance to show improvements made from the first game.
