Day 45. 117 upgrades and large quantity of shiny companions. Previous record 507,080 feet. New record 2,028,566 feet due to abandoning the run due to boredom at 2 million feet. 35 minutes long launch and earned 17 million.
Hardest easy badge I have ever faced. Even after half an hour of trying still no success. When game is this hard and has dash mechanics which are impossible to understand, it deserves one star rating. I rarely rate games but this was easiest evaluation ever.
You basically have to avoid ugrading Homer units at all. Upgrade everything else to max, gather around 1 500 exp and max it then. If you have 8 or so of them, they become defenders keeping you up and away from the other units below. Just died becouse I couldn't score big combos becouse all those homers kept on keeping me away from anything to kill.
Easy badge what I have now failed 4 times in a row. On first attempt I didn't know what I should do. On 2nd I got sunset card right at the start, +16 score, reset. 3rd I got perfect from first, but +4 from 2nd and +1 from 3rd. 4th attempt was 2 birdies but +6 from 3rd one.... 5th attempt is last one and if that fails, this game won't get more than 1 star from me....
7 days and got first hard badge. Then noticed, Little Edoardo had visited the pizzeria twice, on day 47 and 48, after that he disappeared. But finally at day 67 he returned! 2nd hard badge, here I come!
Great. Captured 2 demon provinces by spamming scouts and reaching time limit. Saved their 2 infantry only provinces last so could use my own infantry to defeat them. Men of the West Axeman with 110 armor and max damage 65 VS Demon Spearman. 50-50 chances of winning after few duels. So demon's seem to have 5 points in armor and 10 points in Spear Training alone (difficulty 100%). I guess I can't win this game anymore as I can barely kill any of their soldiers and scout spam time limit tactic won't work against infantry army.
Endless War 4 was disappointment, this is making up the failure, but not completely. But apparently this is not completed game yet. Allies are dead after charging 5-10 seconds (mission 18 is exception) and missions 15, 16 and 17 intel seems to have coder fail. Level 15 has no mortars, even though intel says so. Level 16 has huge mortar nest and levels 16 and 17 have the same intel...
And M26 Pershing with all upgrades from lower line just steamrolls everything and can 1-shot most units.
Barely won the game, almost lost South East and gave up defending West Coast, what didn't get attacked once after I abandoned it's defences. Ended up losing around 212 planes and shotdown 310. Better kill-death ratio (for British) than in the actual Battle for Britain.
Played the game twice through. No badges. System stopped recording kills first after 2 and on 2nd try after 3. So propably best for everyone to see if the kill count keeps updating.
Once you reach 500 population, the Drop Zone building is very useful when you mine in north of the plot with powerful explosives and you can use more of them. Sadly it needs population around it so on new un-occupied plots they don't help you much :/
