How do you get a different icon besides the kongregate icon in loading screen? what website do you play on for that?

Make an option to adjust audio in options. its either to loud or no sound.

You can always try going into your sound options (bottom right corner) and changing the sound levels for your browser playing SAS4 to 50% / 25% or so. Thats a quick fix at least.
