I've figured out what's happening, Basically, when you re-spec, rather then giving you back only the points you've gained from levelling, it actually gives you back all your base stats, hence whatever your statistics would be without any equipment, without actually taking away your starting base stats, hence this is a cheap way for a level one to get 19 or so attribute points, fix it plz :P
Dunno if I'm the only one who's getting this, but I'm lvl 6 and when I re-spec'd so I could fiddle with my abilities some more, and for some reason it gave me 30 attribute points, when really I should have only gotten like 12 or 14? I think this is a bug, and it's keeping me from re-speccing, as I don't want to feel like I'm cheating the game lolol :P
