It seems like windfury cd for the shaman still isn't 4s... more like 10s

There's a bug. when u hit market and then hit bank, the market would appear empty, and any item u attempt to sell actually goes to the bank. Also the new execute doesn't really function well on normal creeps... most of the time they die to my normal attack rather than execute. maybe up the threshold to 25% instead?
